Best customer Service Ever!

I was supposed to stay at this hotel and my reservation was cancelled by a third party. The staff was amazing and helped me to find another hotel to stay in during the very busy time. Lida and Shelby helped me out so much. Thank you to the team at Ibis Styles Glasgow Central for great customer service.

Great place

Great location: very close to the city center and the Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations. The airport bus stop is practically right outside the hotel. The room is quite spacious, well-equipped, and reasonably soundproof. Pleasant and attentive staff.
I would have liked more coffee sticks and tea bags.

June 2026 2 night stay

Such a relaxed atmosphere in this hotel. This is the second time I have stayed here and would happily stay again in the future. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the staff are all very friendly.

Very clean and modern room. Used as a base for a show at Kings Theatre so did not use many amenities but got a great peaceful night sleep. Air conditioning in the room was amazing given the heatwave and loves the complimentary can of water and caramel log in the room - lovely touch! Great location and the discounted parking across the road was very convenient.

Great location

Great hotel in great location, train station and center within walking distance. Spacious restaurant/bar serving a good breakfast buffet. Good room (419) with lovely bed, although the space between bed and TV wall is very narrow.
Spacious bathroom, but ventilation?
