Great central hotel

A wee overnighter for our wedding anniversary .
Lovely bright clean friendly hotel . Right in centre of Glasgow near all amenities . Free breakfast was a bonus

Breakfast should be improved, more on offer and replenished more swiftly.
More attention to detail on the room cleaning.

Large clean room, comfortable bed. Large windows light room. Staff were available at the desk for checking in and to purchase teas and coffees. Air conditioning in the room but not required during our stay. Modern clean bathroom. Experienced noise from the street at night but it is in the centre of Glasgow. Still managed to sleep well.

Overpriced and disappointing

Central location, lovely staff at reception, but knowing they can't sit down on shift for up to nine hours, is not good. Rooms clean, but badly equipped - only one hook in bathroom to hang towels, so a problem if you have more than one damp towel, which we did. Rooms aren't refreshed for three days, bins in room are tiny. TV channel choice is limited. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in room. You can buy coffee and tea in reception for £2.50 each. Considering the price per night is £150, there should also be a continental breakfast included. Overpriced and I wouldn't stay here again.

If you are looking for a spotless city centre base to explore Glasgow and the surrounding area then this is it. If you are looking for something with a bit of character and soul then this isn’t it. Comes entirely down to personal preference but in all honesty I couldn’t fault this place.
