Mediocre hotel

You have to wait up to 2 hours in the lobby before they give your room, even if you have booked and paid before. The hotel is very old, no renovation has been made to it ever. Rooms are nice but very old, walls are full of crack, bathrooms are very old and need renovation.

The hotel is very old, and consider as 5 stars, but the reality not even 2 stars.
The room and the bathroom very dirty.
Looks like the never clean the rooms and the bathroom since they build the hotel.
they need to renovation for everything.

Not a five stars standard

The structure was not bad, but food and service not at all. I was there on some business trips in the 80ties. I remember the personnel was not very polite. At that time Cham Palace was considered the best hotel in Damascus.

The trip was really amazing and interrested

Super fun activity! Everything fits well together. Top guidance from the experienced guide Ibrahim who guided it full of enthusiasm. It's an incredible experience and a chance to explore other parts of Morocco.
