Hotel well situated to explore the city
We were here during the annual festival and we were very happy with the location. It was walking distance but far enough away to be away from it all when we wanted to be. The hotel was great, front desk staff friendly, underground parking was full but we were able to get street parking in front of the hotel and pay via app. (And not have to move our car like in other areas in Spain when it needed to be renewed).
Gym was small but empty, just enough to burn off some steam. Was very happy with the hotel and would return again if our travels brought us back in this direction.

The staff were helpful, overall, the hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was small but included fresh items and eggs made to order. It was nice to stay away from the buzz of the old town during the San Fermines.

Great choice!
In the Iturrama area, across from Yamagutxi Park, the best option in the area: extremely comfortable facilities, very good service, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, bar/restaurant area, and gym. Nothing to complain about! Everything was top-notch.

Modern hotel in a quiet area.
We slept excellently and enjoyed the high-quality breakfast in the morning.
You can reach downtown on foot in about 20 minutes. Amazingly, you walk next to the road but always under trees and thus in the shade; at 30 degrees, it was very pleasant.
