We love this hotel so much we booked to come back the next day! It's great to if you have a loved one in the hospital at Vithas Valencia.
Clean, quiet and very comfortable.

We stayed here for two weeks and absolutely LOVED the property. It’s in an excellent location on Turia park and very close to a bus line. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and comfortable furniture. The kitchen came stocked with a toaster and tea kettle, and some basics for cooking. We haven’t lived in apartment building in a while so we had to get used to our neighbor unlocking their door at night. Otherwise everyone was super quiet and the rooms are laid out so you dont share a wall with your neighbor in the bedroom. We cooked one meal at home and then ate out the other two. The hotel staff was very helpful and answered any of our questions. I think for an extended stay in Valencia I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. This place was perfect.

Can’t fault our stay at Apartment Plaza Picasso .
The reception staff and Breakfast staff were above helpful and polite.
Breakfast was very nice. There is good choice and it’s great value for money.
Apartment was large and spotless clean.
It is located about 30 minutes walk from old town València so walking was a little hard but it’s a pleasant area to stroll.
Limited resources in the area so maybe plan your meals to eat whilst you are out during the day.
We did however make use of the local Indian restaurant which was good.
There is also a small supermarket very close.
The kitchen in the apartment is equipped adequately to make your own snacks and drinks.
I would stay there again.
It was enjoyable

MANAGE EXPECTATIONS

The folks at the front desk were generally quite nice and as helpful as they can be. But they can't make up for the property's limitations. The kitchen is not well supplied; it is spartan (e.g., no cutting board, one dish towel to dry). Careful not to bump one's head on the protruding vent at eye level or the low-hanging light in the kitchen. No instructions how to use the induction stovetop. Hard to reach the back burner with the vent protruding at eye level. One of the bedrooms is so small (appx 60 sf) that the bed is against the wall with no space at the foot to get out from the wall side. The shower is constructed in such a way as a lot of water escapes to the floor. The bath towels are low quality; only one hand towel for five guests; hard to dry each day as rooms are not made-up unless greater than three night stay.
