Holidays in the dark

There are two points that lead us to give such a low rating. The first is the structure, defined as 4 stars but not deserving of them. The second point is the little consideration shown by the management towards the customers. For three consecutive nights, there was a power outage lasting from 1 to 2 hours; one night we had a romantic appointment at a starred restaurant and could not take a shower. We expressed our disappointment both verbally and through an email, but the response was that it was not their problem and that they would do nothing. We consider this behavior unprofessional and inappropriate treatment towards customers. We had already been to that establishment 4 years ago and at that time we had a good experience, but after this, we will definitely not return.
A note of praise goes to the breakfast staff, who were kind, helpful, and attentive to customers; perhaps the management should learn from them.

Second year and we will return again!

Super Hotel, all fantastic.
Second year in this hotel, we are truly happy. Congratulations to all the staff, from breakfast to cleaning, but a big thank you to Michele and Dario, two wonderful people, great workers.

Returned to the Riviera

Once again this year, we returned to the Riviera hotel.
Unfortunately, we did not find Michele and Alessia at the reception, as they went to the San Marco hotel and the San Marco beach!!
In exchange, we found the new entry Catia!
Always good and varied breakfast!
We hope to return next year and will try the San Marco hotel where we will find Michele and Alessia!!

Lie, look at the reviews before booking.

After booking a room with Wi-Fi, private parking, and breakfast included.
When we arrived, the private parking was on the street, the Wi-Fi did not work in the room, and breakfast was €15. We went to the pool; the stairs leading to the pool were rusty, missing guardrail slats, the ventilation system was extremely noisy, the walls were thin cardboard since we could hear everything the people in the next room said, there was no outlet by the head of the bed, and there was only one outlet next to the TV. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
