The room and overall hotel were in immaculate condition with just the right design and space and clean. Highly recommended!

Beds and pillows are awful. Hardly slept at all. One pillow felt like it had nothing in it, the other was like a bag of rocks. Soft foam mattress with no support with a mattress topper. Terrible.

The breakfast was delicious, there was a lot of options. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time here.

Tv did not work in the room. AC speed can not be changed, having a loud buzz in the night as well. Parking is expensive. Area generally is not very nice. Breakfast is very crowded and impersonal. Big buss loads of people arriving throughout the day, a bit chaotic. Room is not cleaned unless you hang a sign outside the door. Gym is very basic and claustrophobic.

The cleaning was poor. There was dust under the bed, under the desk, and inside the wardrobe.
When we returned to the room, we often wondered if it had actually been cleaned. The towels were not changed every day. The fridge was warm and did not keep drinks cold. The coffee machine was dirty and had not been cleaned before our arrival. We only tried it once, and that was enough, so we did not use it again. The kettle was also dirty. In addition, there was no drinking water provided in the room. The only source of water was the bathroom sink, which is not something many people would choose to drink from.
