Very good hotel

The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, coffee and tea in the room, modern decor, quiet room, no noise from outside despite the construction work across the street, plus a small fridge.
Hearty and excellent breakfast and very pleasant and smiling staff, we spent 5 nights there, I recommend it.

Great hotel for location, at the Intermodal bus station. Rooms fabulous, but lack of conditioner and hand/body lotion.
Check-in elaborate and took the longest time out of all the hotels we stayed in .

We were lucky to have an accessible room especially as that night I broke my ankle and could stay abit longer into the afternoon after treatment at the hospital. Jaun on reception was amazing and helped so much with our onward journey planning & finding an early morning pharmacist. I couldn’t thank him enough for his kind attention!

Best hotel in Bilbao

The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore Bilbao walking and with great transport options to visit the rest of town and the surrounding villages and sites. The hotel is great for families, people with disabilities (fully adapted for wheelchair users and visually impaired people) and dog owners. Truly everyone is included! The service is faultless, we were treated with a smile every time in reception and in the restaurant for breakfast (very good by the way). Andoni in the busy morning breakfast period was kind and helpful and extremely attentive to all. We had a wonderful stay and we'll repeat. Ilunion for sure are great hotels!

Easy to get to the hotel and around
Staff was helpful
Could be a bit cleaner some hairs on wall at the bathroom
