All the trimmings!!
We stayed 12 days at this hotel. we got an upgrade right away and had a room on the side of the river. Very neat rooms, good air conditioning, nice breakfast, friendly staff, large terrace overlooking the Guggenheim. Very good location, lots of restaurants nearby. A.o. the Rongorri to the entrance of the museum, very tasty!! It was my husband's birthday and at breakfast he was already receiving congratulations, well noticed by the staff! Upon returning after the day trip, a bottle of cava was ready and a dessert plate with sweets. Very nice attention!! I don't really have anything to say in a negative sense. We'll be back here!

Perfect 4-star hotel for a city trip to Bilbao
Perfect location for a city trip to Bilbao. Excellent service, very clean and modern rooms, and convenient underground parking with EV charging available. The terrace by the river is a lovely spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The bar has a nice selection of drinks, with friendly and attentive service.

Excellent hotel, staff, and location
The hotel was amazing. Great service. Good rooms and a cool car elevator. No complaints at all . Architecture was also cool as well the location, right next to the Guggenheim

Great option for cool city
Great hotel - perfect location for us - literally next door to the Guggenheim, 15-20 min walk to old town area. All
Employees - particularly from desk super helpful. Breakfast with tons of options. Room was great - we had a view of the river which we liked. Would heartily recoomend

A fabulous stay at the Vincci Consulado de Bilbao
This hotel is in a fabulous location , overlooking the river and beside the Guggenheim museum. The reception staff were welcoming ,efficient and v helpful . Our room was comfortable with really good air con. It was very good value and the breakfast buffet had excellent quality food options .There is a terrace where we enjoyed cocktails and snacks ; it was particularly nice to sit there at night time with the beautiful views .
